These terms govern the Vellum private beta, operated by Jackson Dean. Contact support@vellum.gallery with questions.
Access and your account.
Vellum is currently invite-only. Requesting access does not guarantee an invitation. Use your own email address, protect your sign-in links, and do not share access or transfer an invitation without permission. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms to use the beta.
Your content and permitted use.
You retain any rights you hold in the content you upload. You give Vellum permission to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, including through configured AI and infrastructure providers. Upload only material you have the right to use and process in this way.
Do not use Vellum for illegal activity, abuse, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to bypass access controls or usage limits. You must also comply with the applicable policies of the AI services that fulfill your requests.
AI outputs and review.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to other outputs. Vellum does not guarantee exact product reproduction, uniqueness, intellectual-property protection, or suitability for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining any rights or approvals needed before publishing or commercial use.
Beta availability.
The beta may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. Features and limits may be revised. Keep original assets and export work you need to retain. We may suspend access for abuse, security concerns, or violation of these terms.
Allowances and payments.
Complimentary access includes a limited usage allowance. Generations and Agent work consume credits according to the work and models used. Credits are a service allowance, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
When offered, paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. The price, allowance, taxes, and payment terms are shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your account’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect as shown there; one-time top-ups do not create a recurring subscription. Contact support@vellum.gallery about billing errors or refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Ending your use.
You may stop using Vellum, cancel a paid plan, and request account deletion. Resolve any active subscription or running generation when prompted before deletion. We may end or restrict the beta and will communicate material changes when practical.
Service limitations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Contact support@vellum.gallery promptly if you experience a service or billing problem.
Changes.
We may update these terms as Vellum develops. Material changes to your use or paid plan will be communicated when appropriate. The privacy notice explains how information is handled.
